GA Performance App — Privacy Policy

The GA Performance App (“the App”) is a private tool for team members of GA Salons, operated by Evera Ltd (company no. 09649356), United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the App handles and why. The App is provided to salon staff for internal performance, rewards and training; it is not a consumer product and does not sell data or serve advertising.

Who this applies to

The App is used only by GA Salons staff (stylists, receptionists and managers). Staff accounts are created and managed by a salon administrator; there is no public sign-up.

Information we process

Account & identity — your name, role and salon, and a 4-digit PIN used to sign in (managed by your salon administrator).
Performance data — your work-related figures such as services performed, retail sales, targets, commission, rebooking and tips, sourced from the salon’s booking/point-of-sale system.
Training — your progress and quiz results within the in-app learning section.
Device & diagnostics — a push-notification token (to send you relevant alerts) and basic, aggregated usage/crash diagnostics to keep the App reliable.

How we use it

To show you your personal targets, performance, commission statements, rewards and training.
To operate salon-level and team features (e.g. reception dashboards and leaderboards).
To send you app notifications and to diagnose and fix problems.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase (authentication, database and messaging) on our behalf, and figures are read from the salon’s booking system. Access is restricted to authorised GA Salons personnel.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you are an active team member and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. When you leave, your account is deactivated by your administrator.

Your rights & account deletion

Because accounts are provisioned and managed by your salon, account creation and deletion are handled by your salon administrator. To access, correct or delete your data — or to have your account and associated data removed — contact your salon manager or email us at support@gasalons.com and we will action the request. UK/EU staff have rights under UK GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure.

Children

The App is intended for GA Salons staff and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
